Meet the Coaches

JENNIE FLOYD

Jennie is an Optional Coach with Lions Gymnastics. She grew up in Imperial and still resides there with her husband and four children. She was a competitive gymnast for 10 years, and has been with the Lions Gymnastics Teams since 2010. Jennie has coached state champions on vault, bars, floor and the all-around during this time. Jennie is a professional USAG coach and continues to attend clinics to increase her teaching abilities and maintain her safety certifications. She is continuously looking for ways to improve her knowledge and share her love for the sport with her gymnasts.

JORDAN PARKER

Jordan is an Optional Coach with Lions Gymnastics. Jordan is a former gymnast who began coaching in 2013 and has developed her knowledge in gyms in the Pittsburgh area, Texas and Arizona. She acquired her coaching desire from her father, who is also a gymnastics coach. She has experience teaching all levels of gymnastics from recreational classes to Level 10 JO Nationals, so she can cover both compulsory and optionals. She is also skilled in all four elements that are required. She is able to demonstrate proper form and techniques from the beginner gymnast through the advanced skills that are needed at the upper levels.

BECKY DIVITO

Becky is a Xcel Team Coach with Lions Gymnastics. Becky began her coaching career at the age of 16 when she taught Pre-School through Advance Gymnastics in Dallas, TX, while continuing to be a competitive gymnast. She became an Assistant Team Coach at Southwest Gymnastics Training Center in Richardson, TX, where she became a professional USGA Member. She was previously the Head Gymnastics Coach & Director at Machol Dance & Gymnastics and Owner/Head Coach of Champion Gymnastics, where she specialized in WPIAL and Optional gymnastics.

Amanda Ornt-Rezer

Amanda has recently moved here from Charlotte, NC with her husband and two children. She has been a coach for 14 years and is absolutely in love with the sport. She also worked with the Special Olympics and started an Autistic gymnastics program in NY. She had a few gymnasts make regionals and some of her earlier gymnasts are now in college gymnastics in Ohio and Kent State. She competed gymnastics until Level 9 and then decided to quit to pursue her love for dance. Amanda was a member of the Rochester City Ballet and was offered a spot with the Boston Ballet and American Ballet Theater. She is very excited to be with Lions Gymnastics and even more excited to help the girls showcase their passion for gymnastics!

MARYBETH CALABRIA

Marybeth is our Ninja Zone Program Director and Pre-School Class Teacher.  Marybeth grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in business.  Marybeth moved to Pennsylvania in 2010 with her husband and two young children.  She was a competitive gymnast for nine years and continues to pursue her love for the sport by coaching.
Marybeth has been at Lions gymnastics since 2010.  In the time that, she has coached state champions on floor, beam and vault.  She loves teaching the fundamentals to her young gymnast and preparing them for their competitive career!
Marybeth is a professional USAG coach and has attended clinics, pre-school seminars, and safety certification programs to continually improve her knowledge and level of expertise.

AMANDA DRNACH

Amanda started gymnastics when she was 3 years old and competed as both a USAG and WPIAL gymnast throughout high school. She has coached with Lions for three years and has coached our gymnasts in Level 3-5, Xcel and Recreational Classes. After recently taking a year off to devote to her career, we are excited that she is returning to our gym! We look forward to her sharing her knowledge and love for the sport with our gymnasts.
